So at 31 I couldn't be happier than right now. According to the doctor I am 4 or 5 weeks pregnant. since I have PCOS, I don't get regular periods. My period comes about once avery 4 months. My last one was in October, so I have to have another sonogram so my doc can get a better estimate.
Anyway, everything is great so far. I normally have abdominal pain due to my cysts and that has continued. So far the pain hasn't been too bad. I put a warm compress on my abdomen if I am hurting. The worst was a week before I found out I was pregnant. I missed 2 days of work because I was in so much pain and could barely move. I had never experienced pain that bad, but I chalked it up to my period. Boy was I wrong LOL.
Other than the usual symptoms, I been ok. I walk on the treadmill at the gym when my body doesn't feel to drained and I have yet to start my pregnancy workout and Yoga dvds. I have been eating pretty healthy but this baby loves tortilla chips with salsa con queso. I miss my chocolate LOL.
Oh and my morning sickness kicked in today. Please Go Away!!!! This is not fun at all
Until Next Time.

Pregnant without medication.
So at 23 I found out I had PCOS and a Fibroid. I wasn't the happiest camper in the world. What I remember most is hearing I might have a hard time having children. I think at some point in my life I started to develop the mindset that I didn't want kids. I guess it was to help me with my failure.
I am currently 4 weeks pregnant and super excited. How it happened? All I can say is that I am blessed. I have had many boyfriends and a live-in fiancé for 4 years. Never got pregnant. I finally met the man of my dreams almost a year ago and I get pregnant. All I can say is that God holds the upper hand. There is a time for everything.
I would live to say that I changed my diet or something of that nature, but the truth is, I really didn't. The only thing that has changed in the last year is I cut out eating beef (I stopped eating pork years ago), and I work out a little more than I did before. What I did a couple of months ago was stop thinking about a baby and try to focus on other things in my life.
Next thing I know, Boom. I'm pregnant. I am truly thankful and ready for the challenges that are to come.
With love, Us.
